Compare And Contrast

Yazza, 2007 :

"Send them packing to the Middle East or Pakistan," said a solicitor to much cheering at one table. "Time to say we love this country. For Muslims, no better country - that's why so many want to come over," added a businessman, who had come here penniless and turned his fortunes around within 10 years.

The father of the bride, too, arrived in Britain with little and joined a small English family firm. He brought entrepreneurial energy; they gave him encouragement and support. This ultra-loyal immigrant for many years led the pre-dawn prayers at our main mosque in Kensington.

Yazza, 2006 :

"This week, I have been at three events where the majority of people in the audience were educated, sharp Muslims, some exceedingly rich and good friends with key politicians and Prince Charles. Guantanamo Bay and Iraq are topics that now madden even these establishmentarians.

One gentleman took my elbow, shuffled me to a discreet corner and whispered 'I have been here for 40 years, dined with royalty. Today, if I was young, I would go straight to Bin Laden. Mr Blair is a war criminal. Don't put my name down, but tell him we detest him'".

Just goes to show the diversity of views among the Muslim community, I guess.

At last the penny seems to be dropping. The indigenous population outnumber Muslims by 38 to 1. They are not about to be kicked around by Islamists bent on changing our world. In fact they are starting to show signs of kicking back.

Alibhai Brown is demonstrating that the dividing line between increasingly polarised opinions will not be between Muslim and non-Muslim, but between fundamentalists Muslims and the rest. That reduces the scale of the problem from perhaps 1.6million Muslims against us to 0.5million fundamentalist Muslims, and that has to be a good thing.

I always find it more amusing to listen to Indians (Hindus) and their appreciation of the Muslim "community"....they do have a distinctive viewpoint.

Then again when you get "PC" Plod going about his duties as in Bradford's telegraph & Argus you get this:

Senior police officers are meeting community leaders in Bradford to reassure the public after the latest terrorist threats in Britain.

Police have held a series of informal meetings with key community contacts in the district and the Bradford minorities police liaison committee is due to meet tonight after the failed car bombings in London and Glasgow.

I have always viewed this "community" as a sort of secret clique, a freemasons lodge, or coven....it has that nice ring that makes me feel like an outlaw excommunicated from these secret meetings between PC Police and their constituents

I wonder how many people in Britain have been murdered as a result of immigration. Given that black men commit a lot of violent crime and now we have Islamic terrorists running abour, I would estimate about 15,000 white people have been murdered by immigrants and their descendents. 15,000 white people that would be alive today if we had never permitted mass immigration.

That's quite a policy error, wouldn't you say? Makes the IRA look tame.

You're forgetting the Muslim concept of "Taqiyya" that is taught by their religion. Namely that you are encouraged to tell the most bare-faced lies to the Kafir (unbelievers) if those lies will further the cause of Islam.

Almost all other societies have religions which encourage telling the truth, e.g. "Thou Shalt Not Lie", and the idea that someone's word is their bond. But "Taqiyya" means that you can never truly trust the word of a Muslim, because there are no moral sanctions against lying to Kafir.

By the way, note how Moslems get to use "Kafir" with abandon, whereas South Africans using an almost identical word would be almost universally condemned...

I'm not convinced by Yazza's about-turn, she changes her mind like the weather.

Laban,

You mean you're actually prepared to contaminate your irreplaceable grey matter with The Spoor Of The Great Ingrate?

I really am surprised, old boy...

I'm rather a fan of Yazza's actually - when she's in her more lucid moments ...

Islam is a politico-religion created by a politician who put down his thoughts in Chairman Mo's Little Red Koran

I believe in diversity of opinion, and Ali Brown uniquely manages it on her own.
