HSBC Customer Service

Not good. I'm sure they're well-educated, but they need better English. This chap is quite right.

I have had one person answer the telephone announcing that I am through to "haitch es be see"

Even BBC reporters frequently come out with the "Haitch" pronunciation, so what do you expect!
