Germany does not extradite Germans according to its Constitution.

Then again if a candidate opposed to Putin can disappear from Moscow and turn up after nominations close somewhere in Kiev with no recollection of what happened to him after having a drink with a "friend"; it is clear Mr Lugovoi could wake up one day at Heathrow Airport or Berlin Tegel and be served with a European Arrest Warrant..........more likely however Mr Lugovoi will be making his funeral arrangements for one of those unforeseen events that renders journalists and politicians mysteriously dead in Russia

Like the noted Putin cheerleader Paul Klebnikov. He won't be rattling Berezovsky's cage again anytime soon.

Say Voyager, you sound like a real fan of the rule of law.

O/T
Remember the SMN or Street Merking Niggas and Don't Say Nothing (DSN) street gangs from Croydon. Well, they are back in the paper and it's all our fault of course.
'Society has failed us, but we are a success in a gang'

But Method said: "The police are not doing anything to help us.They are the ones putting the guns and drugs in the hood. They are trying to corrupt the black community. When I came out of jail I wanted to get on with my life but I'm not allowed to. It's a waste of time. I get out of bed in the morning and have to go to probation and do bare ******** [nothing worthwhile].

I am a realist about Russia...you enjoy your illusions

No, I don't have any illusions - what I can do is get my head round the facts that,

1. Like the UK (allegedly), Russia is a sovereign nation;

2. Its people have the right to govern themselves as they, not we, best see fit;

3. If they elect people we don't like, it's our worse luck;

4. We have no business criticising their sovereign choices;

5. We have no business giving shelter to people like Berezovsky, a twister and thief who lives the good life here while seeking to subvert democracy there;

6. They might not like us because we do things like that.
