The swine ! How dare they !
The BBC on the perfectly reasonable desires of young refugees in England:
The children of the first wave of refugees fleeing conflict in Sri Lanka, Somalia, Turkey and Iraq are coming of age now and are confronted with the expectations of their parents and their peers.
The first imperative is to preserve their cultural and ethnic identity, to engage with their homeland.

I'd love to hear the sound that sentence makes in the throat of a Beeboid (or Yazza) if it referred to an indigenous English person.
A sort of death-rattle/choking sound, probably.
*Which homeland?
and please - can't Yazza just. go. back. home.
it would really make her (and us) much happier.
I've noticed that the Independent rarely allows reader comments on YAB articles anymore due to the fact that when they did her sub sixth-form style of debate regularly got taken to pieces.
It's a pity because it was also hugely entertaining.

I seem to recall that confidential Swedish assessments considered that the people they were importing largely lacked the essential skills to prosper in Sweden, and had "a propensity to commit honour crimes"
Where's the basis of the deal?
We accept the stoning of errant females(about which Bari and Bunglawalla are exceedingly equivocal) and they eat bacon sandwiches and drink lovely pints of ale?
This would take no little negociation
It does incidentally occur to me that the way a pint of good ale slowly clears from cloudy to bright sparkling clarity is a miracle - and one which is demonstrable, it actually happens

Yazza I think not, she knows her own people too well I fancy
"Russian billionaires don't usually shop at Poundland, but Alexander Lebedev is no ordinary oligarch.
Unlike many of his contemporaries, the former KGB agent, born into a life of privilege and prosperity, prefers to shun the ostentatious trappings of the super-rich.
Instead, Mr Lebedev prefers to indulge what his friends describe as a passion for free speech.
Others say he is simply a ruthless businessman with a keen eye for a bargain."

cardinal issue is why the xxxx Lebedev would want to lose money subbing this ghastly harridan and indeed this heavily loss making yellow gutter liberal rag in the first place
It is, imho, because diversity serves kleptocracy
