But how can there be mistreated dogs in Sri Lanka? Non-white people live in harmony with nature unlike the white patriarchy.

A Venn diagram of animal rights activists and immigration enthusiasts would show a high degree of overlap. When animal loving 3rd worlders are a majority here I do hope the above groups will be answering the door to Mr Unintended Consequences.

"charity bringing Dogs from Sri Lanka"

What is it with these people? Are they completely and utterly unhinged?

Yes, it's not like there is a shortage of abandoned and mistreated dogs in the UK, is there....?

Chingford Quarantine Kennels is a private enterprise, boarding animals as part of it's business. I wonder if they will see a drop in customers, despite the assurances given that "I am confident that no other animals can have been infected," (Jeremy Robinson, general manager of the Goddard Veterinary Group) said."...?

A confident statement, but with no evidence to back it up. I can think offhand of several Right-wing vegetarians and animal welfare enthusiasts, such as Alan Clarke, Brigitte Bardot, Adolf Hitler, and (going very far down the celeb scale) the BNP's Julian Leppert.

Well, yes. Also it is a complete injustice that the dog was put down. Both assailant (social worker) and victim (dog) are rabid nutters. Social workers are rabid by choice.

Anecdotal evidence old boy, anecdotal evidence. I would argue that render my statement false you have to show a higher correlation between rightists and animal rights bods than leftists and animal rights bods and I just dont think you can do that.
