Jinnah On Multiculturalism

"The Hindus and the Muslims belong to two different religions, philosophies, social customs and literature . . . To yoke together two such nations under a single state, one as a numerical minority and the other as a majority, must lead to growing discontent and final destruction of any fabric that may be so built up for the government of such a state."

Mohammed Ali Jinnah, first post-Independence leader of Pakistan, in a speech to the All-India Muslim League in 1940.

May I reply to Mr Jinnah, rewarding Muslims with their own state in response to their violence and refusal to live in a pluralistic society will no doubt be seen as one of the greatest mistakes of the 20th century and a perpetual black mark against the Islamophiles of the Foreign Office who appeased them rather than stand up to extremist blackmail.

And history has at least proved Jinnah wrong - there are more Muslims in Democratic India than in Pakistan, and millions more are flooding in from Muslim majority Bangladesh because Muslims in India are happier and more prosperous.

They are happier and more prosperous because they are living in a country dominated by Hindu culture. If India becomes more Islamic that will change.
Same as Britain and Europe.

Just like socialism.
Socialism only (partly) works when it is being propped up by capitalism, pure socialism always results in a fkin disaster, just like pure Islam.

Multi-culturalism = multi-demos

one demos = democracy.

multi-demos = balkans.

Jinnah's own 'Rivers of Blood' speech. If British Muslim leaders continue to fail to deal with extremism in their communities, and if the Government doesn't something other than call for a 'debate' on immigration, then Jinnah and Powell's prophecies may well come true.
