Well ...

You have to admire her taste.

A Muslim woman police officer refused to shake hands with the head of the Metropolitan Police on faith grounds.

I quite see her point - I haven't got any faith in him either.

I missed some diamond quotes from that artical.
Such as: "If she has to resuscitate that dying person, Muslim law will then change and allow her all sorts of physical contact"

Yeah right, she wont shake someones hand but before you know it she'll be doing mouth to mouth resuscitation.

Thinking back to the tsunami, when Islamic charities had to pledge to potential donors that no infidels would benefit from their donations, I have to wonder about Muslim law in that case.

Presumably she knows the koran off by heart and won't have to keep whipping it out whenever faced by a situation invoving physical contact.
