Who Was That Masked Man ?
A few years ago, someone turning up fully masked to face trial in a UK magistrates court would probably have found themselves doing seven days for contempt.
I did not know a Magistrate could do you for contempt...and this was a Lay Magistrate who is merely there to do what the legal adviser says he can......
The Magistracy is a joke in this country - imagine if the Magistrate had been wearing Arabic costume dress.....which is possible and with this country highly likely
